Choosing your basket
All projects, whether international or UK-based, are certified under globally recognised standards recommended by bodies like ICVCM and ICROA. Beyond carbon credits, your investment also supports environmental and social co-benefits such as flood mitigation, improved water quality, and enhanced biodiversity.

FAQs
Can I claim carbon neutrality or net zero if I support this basket?
You cannot claim carbon neutrality or to have achieved net-zero from the UK basket. The credits in this basket are PIUs - Pending Issuance Units - which means they're credits which represent future carbon savings. If you want to make near-term ‘carbon neutral’ or ‘net zero’ statements, please look into our international projects/basket.
What has more impact, UK-based projects or international projects?
The climate crisis is a global issue which requires a united, global response, so from a carbon perspective one tonne is one tonne. But beyond carbon, every project has the potential to deliver a host of co-benefits which are arguably equally as important as carbon sequestration/avoidance. For example, this basket will help to mitigate flooding and enhance biodiversity. When deciding on what projects to support, we believe ‘where’ is less important than ‘what’ it will deliver, and ‘how’ it aligns with your personal or organisational objectives.
